Considerations
Our studio does not have any changing facilities, so we recommending coming in the workout gear you will wear for the class.
As we are a buggy free setting we have a buggy park, to make things even easier for yourself, use a baby wearing sling or carrier!
Using our nursery during your fitness classes
Your baby or toddler can be lovingly cared for in our nursery during your fitness class.
The nursery is available to you five minutes before the class and five minutes after the class within the special rate of £4.50 per class. Additional time in the nursery can be booked for £2 for every 15 minutes. To use the nursery you will need to complete the registration form, buy your first nursery fitness class pass, attend a video zoom with the nursery leaders and also have your little one complete a free 30 minute settling in session. If you plan to buy pay as you go fitness classes, you will still need to purchase the nursery fitness pass to access the added nursery benefit.
