Buggy fitness

Service Description

Fitness class on the go for mums and their babies. Whole body workout that starts with a heart raising warm up, continuing with strength, tone and core workout and finishing the class with stretches. Class that will burn calories, tone your body, all while you are on the move with your baby. We will meet outside The Nest, make our way to St Ann's Well Gardens for a workout and then we will return back at The Nest. Any buggy can be used during the workout. Babies from 6 weeks onwards welcome.
