Service Description
Take an hour to dance to music you love while wearing your baby in a sling/carrier! Age: 6 weeks+ (bumps and toddlers welcome to join!) Wear your baby and shake your booty! Meet other women and babies while you move to an hour of music you actually enjoy! We will learn a simple yet fun dance routine together that will likely get your heart rate up with our babies in a carrier or sling (maybe even sneak a nap in too). This dance class is a low-pressure environment with no prior dance or Zumba experience needed. Come in a carrier or park your buggy outside The Nest. Dress yourself and your baby in light, removable layers, and bring water! Bumps and toddlers welcome! Carrier or sling hire available (minimum 3 days notice). 45-60 mins sessions, every Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Book a drop-in for £14 or a bundle of 5 sessions for £60.
