Bookings are not taken via our website, therefore no classes are showing on the calendar.*** If you have had a baby in the last 9 months, want to get (back) into exercise but don't know what to do, where to start or what's safe, then this class is just for you. Post Natal Pilates is the ideal first step in every new mother's physical recovery from pregnancy and birth because: We focus on strengthening your core and pelvic floor muscles (which have undergone the most strain) You will increase your strength and muscle tone from top to toe (because motherhood is physically demanding!) Pilates improves your posture (which will eliminate your back pain) Pilates is the foundation stone of all other exercise and movement (so you want to start here before getting back to high impact exercise!) Clare Jarvis is a certified Pregnancy and Post Natal Exercise specialist with 18 years experience, she hosts pods on pre and post natal exercise on the Peanut App and is a Pilates Teacher Trainer for Health and Fitness Education (HFE).
