Join our pre and postnatal personal trainer for our small group pregnancy fitness class. Our Pregnancy fitness programme that will help you to move through second and third trimester healthy and strong. It will build strength, stamina, confidence in exercising, self esteem and will boost your energy levels. Gentle workouts are designed to guide you through each trimester safely with exercises adapted in each of them. Stay fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy and meet new mama friends! Please, speak to your midwife before commencing any exercise program!
